Athletics: Women’s Basketball Coach
Description:
The coach is responsible to provide direction, leadership and oversight of all coaching duties for women’s basketball with the possibility of teaching course(s) in the Division of Physical Education.
Coaching Responsibilities
• Oversight of the entire specified sports program which includes coaching staff development, management, equipment, and delegation of responsibilities
• Scheduling of practices, scrimmages and games in cooperation with the Athletic Director

The Web Product Coordinator is responsible for the product-related content on the BJU Press websites, and will work with various business users to ensure product accuracy across all channels. Information Technologies: Developer – 3
Description:
Primary contributor in providing software solutions, including design, code and testing, for a variety of application systems.
• Interact with end users for clarification of requirements
• Recommends software solutions for their business needs
• Plays a lead role in in the design, development and support of various software used by the business units for Bob Jones University
• Writes program specifications for other developers as well as converts designs and specifications into computer code
• Provides unit and system level test planning, scripting and execution to validate solutions

Description:
Provide operational support for the IT network, servers, and data storage.
• Serves as operations technician in hardware, software, and application support areas.
• Follows procedures and guidelines established by managers, supervisors, and senior level operations specialists

Permissions Specialist 2: Full-time
Description:
Receive requests for photos/text/music and photo/text/music permissions from Permissions Supervisor. Research and acquire photos/text/music and photo/text/music permissions for BJU Press products.
• Receive photo/text/music permission requests from Permissions Supervisor for current projects and reprint projects
• Research all requests for current and reprint projects
• Contact outside vendors and acquire high resolution images and permission to use the images/text/music
• Obtain checks and pay outside companies if there is a cost
• Keep track of ongoing contract issues, such as dates for contract renewals on permissions excel charts
• Line up and direct photo shoots
• Document and file all correspondence and information for each project
• Acquire permissions for distance learning on-line, e-books, and look-in-the-book websites
• Be aware of copyright/trademark laws
• At times may also have to acquire permissions for trademarks, design, art, music, and Distance Learning
Qualifications:

Public Relations: Public Relations Manager
Description:
Serve as primary university liaison with the media and represent the University to local media and constituents
• Work with Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to develop/continually update University PR objectives and strategies
• Proactively promote BJU--its philosophy, programs, events, people and those of Bob Jones Academy--through the local and national media and the BJU website
• Develop/maintain network of contacts throughout the University family to provide tips/source for news items
• Develop two- to three-month rolling list of potential news stories
• Source and write press releases, editorials, etc. and submit to appropriate media
• Serve as the University spokesperson to and liaison with the media (media relations frequently extensive)
• Team with CCO in managing/executing crisis communications
• Research, track and evaluate media mentions including reputation management on social media
• Team with marketing as appropriate to ensure PR plays an appropriate role in integrated marketing initiative

University Medical Associates: RN and LPN
Description:
Responsible for patient care and flow for the physicians in the clinic. Provide health education to patients when appropriate and make nursing and health care judgments while caring for patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA. Ensure nurse work station, exam rooms, and files are adequately secured on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for patient care and flow, including putting patients into exam rooms, taking vital signs, recording medical history and medication in preparation for physician to see patient; dressing changes; administering injections and immunizations, performing EKG's; and assisting physician with procedures.
• Perform and read CLIA waved tests and documents, properly.
• Maintain all controls on tests at appropriate times.
• Order and track immunizations - both private and VAFAC.
• Perform data entry in electronic medical records.
• Fax or phone prescriptions and document in patient records.
• Communicate with patients concerning lab/x-ray reports in tactful, clear, concise, and appropriate manner.
• Schedule appointments, emergent tests, and referrals as necessary, conveying patient's insurance information to ensure proper coverage.
• Perform triage duties on a rotating basis, by phone or as float nurse. Be prepared to deal effectively and fairly with a variety of individuals in a courteous manner.
• Maintain an adequate stock of clinic supplies and determine needs. Keep an inventory of current stock; receive stock; date chemicals and supplies when they are received; properly store all stock. Organize supply shelves and cabinets.
• Assist with photocopying and faxing or mailing medical records per authorized release of medical information, filing reports and charts, or other office duties during slack periods.
• Perform weekly disinfecting of counter surfaces in two labs; doors to urine receptacles between labs and bathrooms; exam room counter surfaces, tables, and drawers; two types of scales; instrument trays; procedure room counter and exam table surfaces. Change biohazard bags and biohazard baskets in exam rooms according to designated times.
• Serve as liaison between doctor and patient or between office and patient as the need arises.
• Maintain restraint and keep calm when faced with emotional or angry individuals.
