The English major has the breadth and flexibility to serve a variety of professional interests and vocational needs. This major is a natural choice for students whose vocational plans do not require highly specific undergraduate college preparation. The major develops general intellectual and communication skills that give graduates a competitive edge in today's world and, furthermore, enhance their Christian witness.
