FA 125: Introduction to the Arts

An examination of the aesthetic and ethical nature of the arts and their relevance to everyday life. Emphasis on applying a biblical framework for evaluating and interacting with the arts in contemporary culture while affirming the objective nature of Beauty, Truth, and Goodness. Guest performances, lectures, readings, and attendance at recitals, art shows, and other performances will provide students with opportunities to apply and synthesize course material.
