Admission: Do I need to be enrolled in a BJU degree program in order to take an online course from BJU?
Formal admission to Bob Jones University is not required in order to enroll and earn credit through the Office of Extended Education. However, should you decide to pursue a degree at BJU, you must meet the established admissions requirements at the time you apply for formal enrollment in any degree program at Bob Jones University. For more information on enrolling as a student at BJU, call our Admissions office toll-free at 1.800.BJ.AND.ME, email Admissions, or see Admissions for more information. Acceptance in a course through the Office of Extended Education does not necessarily imply admission to BJU or to a particular degree program.
Textbooks: How do I obtain the textbooks for my online course?
In most courses, students will need to purchase their own copy of the textbook. These may be purchased online or in person through the Campus Store. Textbook information for each course will be made available by the registration deadline for each course.
In all other courses, texts are loaned to the student on a library-loan basis. Once the student has been admitted to the course, the Office of Extended Education will send the textbook to him. The student's final course grade will not be reported to the Records Office and the student will not receive credit for the course until the textbook has been returned.
Price: How much does an online course cost?
Tuition for an online course is $315 per credit hour.
