Key Courses

International Marketing You will examine the legal, economic, and social factors which influence marketing outside the United States. A special project allows you to develop a marketing strategy for a product in a foreign country.

Introduction to Logistics Management This course is an introduction to the management of the flow of goods and services in organizations. Specifically examined will be customer service, logistics information systems, inventory and materials management, transportation, warehousing and distribution, material handling and packaging, procurement, supply chain management, and e-commerce.

Salesmanship Here you will receive practical training in successful selling with emphasis on the selling process, prospecting, preparation, presentation, handling objections, closing, and follow-up.

Marketing Research In this course you will learn research skills related to marketing, such as methods of gathering and interpreting data, presentation of results, market analysis, consumer surveys, and sales forecasting. A highlight of the course is the designing and conducting of an actual marketing research project.

Entrepreneurship Projects and case studies are used to teach you the principles behind planning and establishing your own small business.

Marketing Management This class offers you the opportunity to select, formulate, and put into practice marketing strategies, policies, and programs.

Sales Management You will learn how to lead a sales team with a particular focus on recruiting, hiring, training, and compensating.
