Key Courses

The Basic Accounting course introduces you to the language of business. Human Resource Management provides a Biblical framework in the management of people. Project Management and Introduction to Logistics Management introduce you to putting a project together and provide the tools to execute the project. Principles of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics give you the fundamental knowledge of our economic system.

These skills are further enhanced with courses in management, finance, and Bible that prepare you as a construction professional with a Christian worldview.

Career Opportunities

The Residential Construction Management major gives students hands-on experience in the construction field. A focus on business management prepares graduates for a variety of positions as business owners and supervisors in the residential construction industry. Christian young people have opportunity for a technically challenging and personally rewarding ministry as small business owners both at home and in ministry positions in churches or on mission fields. Each year over 60 businesses and 150 Christian schools, mission boards, and other Christian organizations recruit our graduates.
