Graduate Assistant: Christin Pratt
I was contacted by Carol Keirstead’s office in the fall of 2005 about the possibility
of a job opening in the Creative Services department on campus. After an initial interview,
I was very excited about the possibility of working with the Creative Services team. I prayed
a lot over the Christmas holiday and decided that this was an opportunity that the Lord would
have me pursue.
I started my job as a full-time staff member in May of 2006, just three weeks after graduation. Now that I’m here, I praise the Lord that He’s placed me here at this time.
Interesting experiences: Working at Creative Services has been an incredible experience. I absolutely love working with everyone in our office, and I am constantly challenged by new design jobs. I manage the design for the Campus Store. In December, I designed the Today’s Christian Senior magazine. I’ve also worked on promotion materials for the school, including brochures, mailers and CD jackets. I really appreciate the education I’ve received, especially the emphasis on quality and meeting deadlines.
