Flower arranging and cake decorating
What was your favorite class in college? Why?
Advanced Food Preparation. I got to experiment with different types of foods and learn about some techniques you don’t get in a more basic food preparation class.
What is your favorite college memory?
My mom and I graduated together. I got my bachelor’s, and she got her doctorate.
Why did you choose BJU?
I saw a drama team at my church when I was in third grade. From that point on, I knew I was going to go to BJU someday.
Any advice for incoming students?
Take the time and invest in people. The friendships you develop will last far beyond your four years of college.
If you could visit one place, where would it be?
San Diego, to see my brother when he comes back from Iraq.
