What was your favorite class in college? Why?
Design Applications. This class gave me an appreciation and understanding of color theory and design. I also learned the value of patience and precision. This class was very enjoyable because it gave me a chance to develop my creativity.
What is your favorite college memory?
When classes were canceled for a snow day, my friends and I ran around taking pictures in the snow. We had snowball fights all over campus. Then we went back to my room and warmed up with some coffee.
Why did you choose BJU?
I wanted an education that would be God-centered. I also wanted to study in a place where I would be surrounded by godly mentors.
What are your plans after graduation?
I plan to counsel and possibly teach psychology or Bible.
Any advice for incoming students?
Always remember to make people a priority. There are many things in college that will pull for your time. However, one of the best ways to glorify God in the college setting is to show Christ’s love to others. For me, one of the greatest assets of going to college was building meaningful friendships.
If you could visit one place, where would it be?
Paris because I want to see the Louvre. I would also love to take pictures of the architecture there.
What type of high school did you graduate from?
Christian school
