Federal Grants and Scholarships
Because BJU is an accredited university with Title IV status, our students are eligible to receive federal grants, including the following. To apply, you need to fill out a FAFSA.

| Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) | Financial need; must also be eligible for Pell Grant | $200 |
| Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) | Financial need and academic merit; full-time student; must also be eligible for Pell | up to $750 for first-year students and $1,300 for second-year students |
| National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent (SMART) Grant | Financial need and academic merit; full-time student; must also be eligible for Pell | $4,000 for third- and fourth-year students |
