VFAO if you do not wish to be in the Rebate
program.
Note: If you are planning to apply for the financial aid program, be sure to visit the Virtual Financial Aid Office, complete the FAFSA, and then fill out a financial aid interview, being sure to select the Student Work Program. Afterwards, the following options are available:
If you’re a future BJU student or a former BJU student
Please fill out the New Student Employee Questionnaire
(requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 9).
If you’re a current BJU Student…
… and have never worked on campus
Please complete the New Student Employee Questionnaire
(requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 9). If you have already secured a job by speaking with a work manager, please indicate that on the form.
If you want to see the current on-campus job opportunities, please visit the Manager’s Job Board (BJU Intranet; student login required). If you want to be considered for a specific job, please complete the form and include the name of that department in the “If yes, please list the manager or department” field. We will forward the information to the appropriate manager for review.
Before you can start working on campus, you must complete an I-9 form and a W-4 form. In order to complete the I-9 form, you must present original identification documents (List of government accepted forms of identification
). Please understand that it is illegal to work without completing the I-9 form.
… and want to work on campus in your current job for the new school year
Complete the Job Promise Process (BJU Intranet; student login required). Contact your work manager to initiate this process. Please be sure to contact your manager if you will not be retaining this work position.
… and want to work in a different job for the new school year
Please consult the Manager’s Job Board (BJU Intranet; student login required). If a manager accepts you as an employee for next year, he will initiate the Job Promise Process (available on the BJU Intranet).
