What to Bring

The following list is designed to give you an idea of what sort of items you’ll need as you pack for college. Our tip: less is more. If it doesn't have a practical use, leave it at home.

If you run out of toothpaste, you’ll just have to wait until the end of the semester to brush your teeth. Just kidding. The Campus Store provides all sorts of necessary toiletries including toothpaste, soap, shampoo and contact solution. Also, BJU provides a bus service to take students to the local mall and to Walmart. To save room, you might want to wait until you get here to buy certain items like detergent or hangers. You’ll find plenty of store options here in Greenville.

Shipping Items

If you want to ship some of your stuff ahead of time, please send them prepaid, not collect. Also, be sure each piece of luggage and each package you send or check through on your airplane or bus ticket is addressed to:
