Determine Your Request
Residence Hall Network Connection provides residence hall accessibility to GroupWise email, the BJU local Intranet and the Internet. This is provided via wired or wireless network connections, not via modem. Of course, BJU cannot guarantee that every computer will install successfully or operate efficiently on our network.
Installation via Self-Install is at no charge. A student can install network connections himself using instructions provided. In most cases, it is available immediately upon arrival on campus at ports in residence hall rooms.
Installation via IT-Install is a $50 charge. Technicians install network connections on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a 3-day warranty for network setups completed by IT.
Residence hall Internet service is a high-speed filtered Internet service.

Detailed information will be provided when you check in at the University.
Note: Special pricing is available from some software companies for students currently enrolled in a university. This software is available through the BJU Campus Store.
Email note: Due to the flood of objectionable content coming through outside email services, students may only use the filtered campus email while on campus. Students may not access outside email services from the campus network.
Please direct any questions to the Residence Hall Network Coordinator.
