Advanced Food Preparation—I learned a lot about making things from scratch that you normally wouldn't think of making for yourself, like homemade pasta, cheese, pickles, etc.

What is your favorite college memory?
I loved helping to plan the outings for my society.
What is your favorite meal out of all the food establishments on campus?
I love getting an asiago cheese bagel from the Snack Shop for breakfast. That with a good cup of coffee is a great way to start the day.

The tennis courts are a great place to spend some time outside, talking with friends, having fun, hitting the tennis balls around (even if you aren't very good).
Any advice for incoming students?
Take the time and invest in people. The friendships you develop will last far beyond your four years of college.
What are your hobbies or interests when you’re not doing homework?
If I get bored or need a break from something, I usually end up in my kitchen making something. I especially like to experiment with recipes from other countries. I also recently started a small business doing wedding flowers and cakes. My brother and sister-in-law got me into running about 2 years ago and have done several 5K and 10K runs.
What’s your favorite verse or Scripture passage?
II Timothy 2:20-21—“But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, [and] prepared unto every good work.”
