Current BJU Student
If you are a current student who has never worked on campus and you would like to start working on campus, please complete the new student employee questionnaire. If you have already secured a job by speaking with a work manager, please indicate that on the form.
If you want to see the current job opportunities, please view the position list. . If you want to be considered for a specific job, please complete the questionnaire and include the name of that department in the “If yes, manager’s or department’s name” field. We will forward the information to the appropriate manager for review.
Before you can start working on campus, you must complete an I-9 form and a W-4 form. In order to complete the I-9 form, you must present original identification documents (List of government accepted forms of identification). Please understand that it is illegal to work without completing the I-9 form.
Continue to work in my current job during the new school year
If you are a current student employee who wants to keep your current job for the new school year, then you need to complete the Job Promise Process (available on the BJU Intranet). Contact your work manager to initiate this process.
If you were unable to complete this process before leaving for the summer, you will be prompted to complete the process when you return to campus for the fall semester. Please be sure to contact your manager if you will not be retaining this work position.
Work in a different job during the new school year
If you are a current student who wants to change jobs for the new school year, please consult the position list . If a manager accepts you as an employee for next year, he will initiate the Job Promise Process (available on the BJU Intranet).

Make sure to complete the FAFSA process before beginning the student work application.
