When You Arrive
Check-in
You may check in from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Information Desk in the Administration Building. At check-in you will receive an information packet that will contain your guest ID, campus map and room reservation, as well as additional information.
No changes may be made in room assignments once you have checked in.
Don't forget that you will need a signed medical release form.
Parking
Visitors may secure parking permits at the Welcome Center free of charge. Any space on campus not marked with a number, name or “Reserved” sign is available for guest parking. Also, the Walk Bridge Lot, located across Pleasantburg Drive, is available to all buses, recreational vehicles, vehicles with trailers and for general parking. A pedestrian walk bridge spans the highway allowing safe access to this lot.
