Shipping
Costs
For continental U.S. orders, add 10% for shipping and handling ($8.95 minimum). All other destinations are handled on an individual basis, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and foreign countries.
Arrival
Most orders are shipped via UPS and arrive approximately 1 week after receipt of payment.
Returning Materials
Please include your name and (if applicable) the name of your church or study group inside the box. Please return all video materials to:

Groups
If you are involved in a group study, you don’t need to return your study guide(s). Please email a list of the names of participants who have earned the certificate of completion. The IBE staff will print the certificates and mail them to the address on file.
Individuals
Individuals should send completed study guide(s) to:

The IBE staff will review them before returning them with a certificate of completion for each.
