Additional Information
Refund/Cancellations
Payment (less a $25 per-person processing fee) will be refunded only if cancellation is received in the Guest Services office by July 1, 2008. Cancellations received after July 1, 2008, as well as no-shows at check-in, will forfeit the entire fee.
Late Registration
There is a Nonrefundable Late Fee of $50 for all registrations received after July 1, 2008.
Check-in
Check-in will be open Monday, July 21, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, July 22, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. All participants must pick up their orientation materials at check-in. The opening session begins at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, with the final session ending at noon on Thursday, July 24.
