Why do we have to prepare and sit through in-service sessions each year? The simple answer is that we want our staff to improve. An individual or staff that does not continue to improve will decline in several ways. In the spirit of seeking improvement among the staff, administrators should design an in-service program that addresses needs based on the Luke 2:52 model indicating how Jesus grew as into manhood. It states that Jesus increased in wisdom, in stature, in favor with God, and in favor with man.
