Description:
The administrator of the Christian school is responsible for the leadership of the school. He must demonstrate capable leadership and deal effectively in the following areas: the philosophy of the school, the program, the personnel, the pupils, the parents, and the various publics. He must also be able to sense the pulse of his organization. We will discuss ideas and strategies to maximize effectiveness in some of these areas.
