Ethical Dimensions of the Human Genome Project
Dr. Michael Gray
The scientific community was almost unanimous in its enthusiasm when the completion of the rough draft of the human genome sequences was announced on June 26, 2000 in a White House ceremony. It is the purpose of this session to begin a scientifically well-grounded discussion of the theological issues surrounding human genomics.
