New & Returning Student Registration
8 to 11:45 a.m. & 1 to 5 p.m.
New Students who did not attend Summer Orientation: Register with your advisor on Monday or Tuesday.
Returning Students: Build your trial schedule in StudentCentral under the Register menu option and meet with your advisor on Monday or Tuesday to secure permission prior to submitting your schedule to complete registration.
Society booths close:
Tuesday & Wednesday at 5 p.m.
Thursday & Friday at 10 p.m.
International Student SEVIS Registration
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Office Annex Building, Admission
All F-1 international students (and their dependents) in the United States must register with SEVIS at their initial enrollment of the academic year.
Bring the following items (including items for any dependents): Passport and Visa (if applicable) and Forms I-94 and I-20.
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Fine Arts Center
For music groups and music lessons. See Registration information under Links menu option in StudentCentral.
New & Transfer Student Seminar
8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Founder's Memorial Amphitorium
Required meeting for all new and transfer undergraduate and graduate students.
This seminar explains the student covenant and how the code of conduct outlined in the Student Handbook contributes to helping the whole student grow toward Christlikeness.
Returning Student Seminars
9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Required meeting for:
Students with General Privileges (FMA)
Students with or seeking to apply for Advanced Privileges (RA)
Chapel with Seat Assignments
11:00 a.m. – 11:40 a.m. Founder's Memorial Amphitorium
Check your email and/or StudentCentral for your chapel seat assignment and bring this information with you to chapel on Tuesday.
Student Opportunities Fair
11:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Student Center
Learn about student organizations and outreach ministries.
Meet student leaders, sponsors and representatives.
Pursue opportunities to grow personally and professionally through active involvement.
Education Clinical Practice Meeting
1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. Alumni Building, Lecture B
Required meeting for education students applying for Clinical Practice during the 2014-15 academic year.
Hospital Orientation for Nursing Students
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Grace Haight-Nursing Building, 104
Required for nursing students taking Nu 200 I Semester. Bring a black ink pen, all student nursing uniforms, clinical shoes, BJU ID card and driver’s license.
Business Internship Meeting
1:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Required meeting for upper level business students for internship application process and procedures.
Jr & Sr Accounting majors (Al 216)
Jr Business majors interested in an internship (Al 217)
Society Prayer Meetings
9:45 p.m. – 10:15 p.m.
New students may attend any society of their gender. Check campus bulletin boards or the intranet for locations.
