The Georgia Guitar Quartet (GGQ) delivered a stunning chamber music performance in the Founder’s Memorial Amphitorium at Bob Jones University. In addition to the thousands who attended the concert in-person, more than 2,000 people tuned in via the live webcast.

Borrowing from both the past and present, the quartet presented a wide variety of songs from Étude, Op. 10, No. 3 by Frédéric Chopin to Anitra’s Dance from Peer Gynt by Edvard Grieg to their own unique twist on the traditional Irish tune The Road to Lisdoonvarna.

The GGQ formed in 1996 and performs throughout the nation in a variety of venues, including recent performances in New York and Los Angeles. The GGQ has also been featured on American Public Media’s “Performance Today” and has released four critically acclaimed recordings.
