Culinary Arts Camp is led by BJU culinary arts faculty, who have over 50 years of combined experience in many areas of the food service industry, including resort hotels, restaurants and the private homes of executive clientele.

  • Be introduced to an array of kitchen equipment
  • Learn precision baking using good techniques
  • Learn principles of sauces
  • Learn portioning and preparation in cooking
  • Each evening, enjoy dishes you have prepared in the day’s sessions
  • Practice banquet layout and display

*Grade as of September 2010 and 2010 high school graduates
