During the summer of 2012 we expanded food service to include, among other things, a new salad and sandwich bar, pasta bar, grill station, and pizza bar.

With the addition of new food service stations, the BJU family is already enjoying the blessings of expanded dining hours and increased availability of fresher and healthier food choices.

In 2013 further expansion of food service areas into the seating area of the Varsity Room will add even more variety and accessibility for students and guests.

2013 Renovation Plans

• A station focused on international cuisine, highlighted by a large Mongolian grill
• A flat-top grill and fryers at the grill station
• Increased serving areas
• Flexible seating options

We plan to complete the dining common renovations during the summer of 2013 and open up a completely redesigned venue next August.
