Description:
Understanding the art of handbell ringing and achieving excellence with your school performing groups. Gain insight from a veteran judge and handbell director on preparing for competitions and concerts effectively. Part I will focus on what a judge or educated audience member expects to see and hear from an excellent handbell choir. Part II will provide hands-on experience with developing beautiful technique, using drills and exercises for accurate and precise ringing, and selecting and preparing appropriate music.
