Chapel Echoes
with Dr. Bob Jones III
In a world
where Christians face opposition at every hand, the name of "Bob Jones" has become a symbol of
unwavering devotion to the authority of the Bible.
But Bob Jones is more than a symbol. Dr. Bob Jones III, chancellor of Bob Jones University and grandson of its founder, is a practical, down-to-earth Bible teacher and expositor whose messages are relevant to everyday issues that Christians face.
Dr. Jones continues the tradition of "saying what needs to be said." But whatever the issue, his words are always caring, heartfelt, and directed in love toward encouraging listeners to a deeper walk with God.
Dr. Jones began his teaching ministry in 1959 and was named president of Bob Jones University in 1971, succeeding his father Dr. Bob Jones Jr. Over the years, Dr. Bob Jones III has become recognized as a Christian leader. He is often sought out by the national media as a spokesman for the Christian cause, appearing on such programs as "Larry King Live," "Nightline," "Good Morning America," "the MacNeil-Lehrer Report," and the "Phil Donahue Show."
As a highly sought-after Bible teacher and preacher, Dr. Jones maintains a full schedule of meetings and conferences around the country and overseas. He is the author of the books Biblical Answers to Bothersome Questions and By the Grace of God, published by the Bob Jones University Press.
A multi-talented communicator, Dr. Jones has also applied his skills on the stage as a Shakespearean actor and on the screen in the Bob Jones University cinema productions "Flame in the Wind" and "Red Runs the River," both available from ShowForth Videos.
