To assist the Director of Development in working with individuals interested in making a planned/major gift to Bob Jones University or any of the tax-exempt entities friendly to BJU such as the Museum & Gallery, BJU Campus Spaces, Student Assistance Funds, Science and Engineering Endowment Fund or Gospel Fellowship Association.
• Plan and coordinate estate planning outreach to alumni members, staff, faculty, and the community at large who show promise of significant support through a Planned Giving instrument such as a Charitable Gift Annuity, Charitable Remainder Unitrust, wills, or other type of deferred gift
• Manage a significant portfolio of major and planned giving prospects
• Create any necessary estate planning proposals and presents said proposals to the client for consideration

Description:
Prepare and cook food for all Dining Common meals and related events.
• Mix, cook, grill and fry various menu items
• Assist in planning amounts of various menu items to prepare; monitor food amounts during meals and determine when/if more is needed
• Prepare cold meat and pasta salads for use on the deli/salad bars
• Ensure the quality of food during preparation, cooking and service (including proper temperature, taste and appearance)

Description:

Description:
Under general supervision of the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, analyzes data generated by and for the OIE and prepares recommendations to departments affected by the results. This position works directly with the staff of Institutional Effectiveness as well as the administration to facilitate and assess continual improvement efforts. This position also leads projects or works on project teams for the Academic Business Unit.

Description:
Serve as primary university liaison with the media and represent the University to local media and constituents
• Work with Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to develop/continually update University PR objectives and strategies
• Proactively promote BJU--its philosophy, programs, events, people and those of Bob Jones Academy--through the local and national media and the BJU website
• Develop/maintain network of contacts throughout the University family to provide tips/source for news items
• Develop two- to three-month rolling list of potential news stories
• Source and write press releases, editorials, etc. and submit to appropriate media

Description:
Provide leadership for undergraduate and graduate business programs. Lead faculty members in developing a learning environment from a biblical worldview which meets the needs of a changing workplace. The position requires contact with current students, prospective students, parents, alumni and the business community, as well as limited teaching responsibilities.
• Serve as an administrative officer for the School of Business, the Bob Jones University Scholarship Committee, Administrative Conference and other academic committees as needed

Description:
The Athletic Director is responsible for all aspects of the Athletic Office and Program at Bob Jones University. The Athletic Director plans, administers, directs athletic activities, intercollegiate and intramural as well as coaches and/or teaches for Bob Jones University.
• Direct an athletic program that results in a Christ-honoring testimony, positive public relations and personal growth of student-athletes and staff
• Supports the philosophy and mission of the University
• Ensure that every University sponsored event is conducted in a manner that will protect and enhance the reputation of the University and safeguard the physical, academic and spiritual welfare of the student-athletes
• Ensure that the athletic program adheres to all guidelines and related requirements that govern the compliance as well as ethical standards of behavior, keeping current on all policies of the intercollegiate program as determined by the University and the NCCAA
• Oversight of scheduling of practice, scrimmages and games in coordination with coaches
• Provide oversight to all athletics including the intramural program
• Report all NCCAA violations to the applicable conference
• Represent the University at all NCCAA regional and national meetings as well as other meetings deemed pertinent and helpful to the further development of the College athletic program

Description:
The coach is responsible to provide direction, leadership and oversight of all coaching duties for specified teams with the possibility of teaching course(s) in the Division of Physical Education.
Coaching Responsibilities
• Oversight of the entire specified sports program which includes coaching staff development, management, equipment, and delegation of responsibilities
• Scheduling of practices, scrimmages and games in cooperation with the Athletic Director
• Give instruction, direction and oversight to athletes for pre-season, in-season, and off-season conditioning and skill development
• Preparation and oversight of team budget in cooperation with the Athletic Director’s office as to stay within budget each fiscal year
• Coordination of travel plans and supervision of student-athletes for away events
• Team preparation from beginning of the season through the last game, including tournaments qualified for in the NCCAA
• Commitment to established NCCAA and University rule compliance as well as ethical standards of behavior, keeping current on all policies especially as they apply to eligibilty and finances
• Represent your sport at appropriate NCCAA Coaches' meetings and conferences
• Maintain team roster and annual competion schedule in compliance with NCCAA and university regulations
• Maintian a fair, unprecedented relationship with his/her athletes and have their physical welfare uppermost in his/her consideration at all times.
Teaching Responsibilities
• Be prompt in fulfilling assignments given in relation to his/her faculty responsibilities
