Responsible for high quality total nursing care for patients.

Description:
Works with Interactive Marketing Manager and representatives from other departments strengthening organic search engine positioning with major search engines, assisting in Search Engine Marketing initiatives, and analyzing web data for the BJU Press family of websites.
• Consult and partner with others in Interactive Marketing to define and develop SEO reporting and analysis based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics in order to optimize product offerings, marketing campaigns, site content and functionality, and sales and marketing efforts.
• Educate and inform internal customers on web metrics -terminology, concepts, trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Create data-driven insights about search engine visitor behavior from website data on traffic patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, pathing, and product selection for BJU Press websites.
• Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve web site effectiveness by drilling into click stream data in order to further profitability and growth.
• Analyze the impact of search engine traffic against business goals,.
• Maintain dashboards and general SEO reporting activities.
• Develop best practice approaches for analyzing user behavior on the web site(s), for configuring web analytics technology, and for interpreting data.
• Share research findings and best practices with key stakeholders including product, eCommerce, sales, marketing, and research teams.
• Conduct ad-hoc traffic analysis of key areas of the site.
• Participate in additional business intelligence activities related to data analysis, as needed.
• Integrate and correlate reports related to SEO; forecast benefit and ROI of SEO projects; track SEO project timelines and milestones; recommend and maintain tools and reports for monitoring SEO and SEM activity; and maintain an SEO best practices knowledge base.
Qualifications:

Description:
With other authors, write and revise discipline-specific textbooks and supporting materials according to charter specifications. Additionally, the lead authors provide vision and direction for BJU Press Secondary discipline-specific materials.
• Contribute in writing and revising discipline-specific texts and all ancillary materials according to charter, especially to support BJU Press mandates for Bible integration, comprehension-based learning, and materials to support the teacher
• Coordinate/assist each project with BJU, BJA, BJ LINC and BJ HomeSat personnel
• Regularly consult with Bible Integration Team to evaluate and revise discipline-specific texts
• Cooperate with external teams to produce a timely and appropriate charter
• Cooperate with project managers and other production teams to meet deadlines and evaluate projects
• Periodically meet with the supervisor of Secondary Authors to plan projects
• Promote BJU Press materials as needed for Red Carpet visitors, Homeschool and New Beginnings conferences, Ed 610, as well as teachers' conventions and field trips
• Research and evaluate relevant discipline-specific content and pedagogy standards for implementation in the discipline-specific secondary textbooks
• Consult with discipline-specific Elementary Authors as needed for elementary textbooks

Description:
The Director of Research will be responsible for coordinating an interdisciplinary research program within the Division of Natural Science.
• The director will pursue external sources of research funding.
• As a member of the Biology Department faculty, the director will provide student instruction from a Christian worldview for various undergraduate research courses and will conduct cancer-related research in our facility at Barge Hospital.
• In addition, the Director of Research will be expected to teach one lecture course per semester.

Provide operational support for the IBM AIX servers: the development, test, production, and e-commerce servers. Interface with outside vendors; research, recommend, and assimilate new technologies; monitor systems and database performance; support physical database environment.
• Active working knowledge in AIX (Linux, C, Perl, and shell scripting knowledge a plus).

Provide system administration support for the IBM Unix based servers: IBM AIX with focus on installation, maintenance, disaster recovery planning, performance and planning for server upgrades and consolidation. Knowledge of IBM virtualization, SAN and logical partitioning is a requirement. A working knowledge of IBM HTTP server, Websphere Application server and IBM Websphere Commerce is a big plus. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in this area of support. Knowledge of SAN storage and networking is a requirement.
