Mission Teams
What a tragic selfishness if we were to keep the Gospel to ourselves. What a waste of God-given resources to not go into all the world to preach the Gospel to every creature.
The Office of Missions sends out an average of 10 faculty/staff-led mission teams that travel around the globe each summer. In the fall, students form the various teams and raise financial support. The teams prepare throughout the school year and then embark on their outreach missions using trade skills, aviation, music and preaching/teaching to spread the Word.
Mission teams are not exclusive to students majoring in missions or Bible or evangelism. Students of all majors are encouraged to consider the opportunities to apply the practical Christian training received from the classroom, societies, prayer group and extensions.
