Staff

The PCDC employs a director, an assistant and a secretary, as well as a teacher for each classroom. In addition, staff or college students are hired to aid the classroom supervisors. Each year, the director receives a minimum of 20 hours of training, and each staff employee receives 15 hours of training in child development and curriculum. Students in early childhood education and child care are frequently placed in our Center for their practicums.
