This workshop introduces teachers to Sensory Processing Disorders and some of the challenges many children with autism face due to sensory under or overload. Participants will engage in simulations to experience, firsthand, what it's like to be sensory disoriented. And they will walk away with a number of evidence-based and ready-to-use classroom strategies for helping children with SPD.
