Learn how adverse childhood experiences (ACES) and ongoing, toxic stress can affect brain development as you plan the Brain Architecture Game. You and a small group of colleagues will go through 8 years of early development to better understand how early experiences can affect brain development and academic performance. Examine challenging student behaviors from the lens of toxic stress and trauma and discover strategies for helping children build emotional intelligences, self-regulation, and resilience.
