An exciting path to a school’s improvement is the willingness for its teachers to invest in their fellow colleagues. Unfortunately, the teaching profession has often been conducted in isolation and teachers have felt inadequate to contribute beyond their individual classroom responsibilities. This workshop explores ways to tear down the walls of isolation and develop ways for teachers to reach out and help their colleagues to collaboratively make school improvements.
