Ever wonder why some students get it and some don't? Perhaps there is a reason that some students don't get it. Perhaps at no fault of their own, there is an undeveloped cognitive structure that is hindering the full understanding of some academic concepts. This workshop examines some basic cognitive structures foundational to learning and gives suggestions for helping students develop these cognitive structures thus becoming better learners.
