About

Laura Brundage serves as Assistant Professor and area coordinator for the Vocal Studies department. She holds a Master of Music in Vocal performance and has since done further study through NYSTA, Northwestern University, and the CCM Institute at Shenandoah University. She is currently enrolled in the DME program at Liberty University. In addition to teaching applied voice and lyric diction courses, Brundage directs the BJU Concert Choir. She is an active member of SCACDA and ACDA.

An active perfomer, concert repertoire includes Vivaldi's Gloria, Fauré's Requiem, Handel's Messiah, Brahm's Requiem, Mozart's Requiem, as well as solo performances with university and community arts ensembles in South Carolina. She has musical theatre creidts in Little Women: The Broadway Musical, A Christmas Carol, and The Sound of Music.

Since 2019, Laura Brundage has served as Executive Director of the award-winning Rivertree Singers, a non-profit community choir that has been featured throughout the southeast including at The Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC and multiple ACDA Southern Division Conferences.

Brundage is also the Artistic Director of Greenville Youth Chorale, a premiere non-profit children's choir based in Greenville, SC that serves over 100 singers each season.
