Matthew Weathers
Matthew Weathers currently serves as the Chief Enrollment Officer at Bob Jones University. He previously directed BJU’s Center for Leadership Development, mentoring hundreds of student leaders over nearly a decade.
God has given him a passion to teach young believers how to practically live with purpose and lead with courage for God’s glory.He loves speaking at camps, conferences, chapels and leadership events; he teaches leadership at BJU and directs the summer LeadershipX EDUcamp. He formerly served globally as a K–12 school vice-principal, university instructor, cross-cultural leader, and student mentor.
He holds an MA in cross-cultural studies and a PhD in inter-cultural studies. He loves soccer, snowboarding, competing in triathlons. He is married to Fleur (who teaches Spanish at BJU), and they have three young boys.
